Signed and personalized books are prepared specifically for the purchaser. Please verify names, spellings, and personalization requests before submitting your order. Personalized books cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or the personalization differs from the information provided with the order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
